Has it really been over a year???

So I am firmly planted in mommy land.  This means that my days are filled with waking up, taking care of my little bear, doing my lawyer job, coming home and continuing my day with the little bear, dinner for the family, other obligations (which currently include making a million little acetate boxes for my brother's wedding... tying tiny ribbons kind of sucks), spending at least 5 minutes (hopefully more) talking to my wonderful hubby, cleaning up, preparing for the next day and getting to bed.  Of course once I am asleep the day is still not over because I will probably be up once or twice in the night to check on little bear when she starts crying. Lather, rinse, repeat.

As a result, this blog has fallen by the wayside.

That is, until today.

Talking to a friend about baby websites, and how we both are kind of obsessed with them, I mentioned this sort of defunct brainchild of mine.  Then I came to the site... and saw that the one year anniversary of Tort(e) came and went without any notice or fanfare.  How sad.  SO... I am firmly committed to reviving this sucker.  I swear.  This time I will stick with it.  I have some posts almost ready to go.  I have more ideas in the works.  This will be a good thing.

Check back soon for more updates.  I have a lamb baby shower to tell you all about.  I have some souffle that will make your mother in law love you forever.  I have cookies.  I have so much more to share!
