stacks of cookies. |
Having a baby leaves you with little time for things like, oh, baking and blogging. The first time I had these cookies, I was not yet a mom. It was at my work baby shower. A coworker brought them in and mentioned that they were the easiest cookies to make. Just for those of you keeping track at home, that was about a year ago.
They are pretty darn easy. Four ingredients and fifteen minutes will get you these beauties. This way you can bake these up, and get back to your baby who started saying "mama" in the last few days. (We will ignore the part where she only says it when she is upset...)
They are possibly the richest and chewiest cookies I have ever had. They are like a cookie and a brownie met, fell love, and this was their child. Honestly even with the richness, you could easily eat the whole batch. Not that I did that (I totally did that).
Enough yapping. Lets get baking!
Chocolate Crinkle Cookies

- 1 package of chocolate cake mix (any variety)
- 1 regular sized tub of cool whip
- 1 egg
- powdered sugar for dusting
Directions:
These are all the ingredients. ALL of them. I bet you have most of this at home already. |
Even the batter looks awesome. |
Roll them in powdered sugar. |
