Me wants...

What I would really like right now is a plate of macaroons and a cup of coffee.  Unfortunately I have no macaroons and I have no patience to make them at the moment.  Also coffee is persona non grata in my house these days due to the incubation going on here.  I miss coffee.

I could probably finish off this whole tray on my own...

I also would like some mini loaf pans.  Oh...I could do so many fun things with those.  Mini banana breads, individual meatloafs (meatloaves?) for dinner... okay I don't actually ever make meatloaf.  But maybe with a mini loaf pan I would.

I suppose I could find those foil ones. But that is not as fun.  Or economical.

And the greatest of wants, the one I have wanted since the day I saw one on tv on some cooking show (probably Martha Stewart Living... yeah, I know, don't judge me okay?): the kitchen aid stand mixer.  Droool.

I would like one of these in red, black or silver please.

I also may have just found my next baking project thanks to my friend I.B. Well she showed me the site where I may have found it anyway.  The actual recipe she showed me is probably too decadent for this house right now.

But that is for another day.  Right now I am going to go eat some Petit Ecolier cookies with a glass of milk.  Yes.  That will do nicely.
