Eclairs Part II: The Revenge of the Ganache

So I finished the eclairs and never took a picture.  So here are some shots of my pretties.

    Those belong on the cover of Good Housekeeping! They are coated so perfectly! (And props on the photography skills as well). ;)

    Thanks Ally! I am still only using my iPhone to take the pictures... eventually I will start using the real camera and the pictures will be way better. :)
